A. Anthony Annunziato – President / AAA Principal
Mr. Annunziato is a principal and president of AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd. He began his involvement with commodity futures on the Chicago Board of Trade during the early 1970s. For nearly 20 years at Citigroup and its predecessor firms, Mr. Annunziato has provided energy futures brokerage services to a wide range of commercial traders and individual investors. He began trading individual commodity accounts on a discretionary basis in 1984. Mr. Annunziato was a Senior Vice President – Investments, Commodity Futures Sales at Citigroup before retiring in September to focus on AAA Capital Management. Since 1991 he has also operated privately held companies which make energy related investments with proprietary funds. Mr. Annunziato graduated in 1971 from St. Bonaventure University with a BS in Business Management.

John Saucer – Petroleum Specialist / AAA Principal
Mr. Saucer joined AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd. in 2001. Previously he was a Vice President – Investments, Commodity Futures Sales at Citigroup. During his 13 year career at Citigroup he also spent 7 years as a Vice President and energy analyst responsible for fundamental research in the firm?s Futures Research Department. Prior to his work at Citigroup, Mr. Saucer spent 5 years as a senior editor at Petroleum Argus, a leading international oil market publication. Mr. Saucer is a 1987 graduate of The University of Texas with a BA in Economics.

Denys Thorez – Technical Analysis Specialist / AAA Principal
Mr. Thorez joined AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd. in 2002 as an options and technical analysis specialist. Prior to joining AAA, he spent 5 years as Director of Trading at Mirant Corp. in Atlanta where he was responsible for both petroleum and natural gas fixed – price and options trading. Previously, Mr. Thorez was an options market maker on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). He graduated in 1989 with a BA in Finance from the University of Paris – Dauphine and holds a MBA from Baruch College in NY (1991).

Chad Shimaitis – Natural Gas Specialist / AAA Principal
Mr. Shimaitis joined AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd in 2004. His market focus is natural gas and related markets. Prior to joining AAA Mr. Shimaitis spent 2 years as Director of Financial Trading at Cinergy Marketing and Trade. Prior to joining Cinergy he spent 3 years as Lead Trader of spark spreads and natural gas at Dynegy, Inc. Between graduation from college and trading at Dynegy, Mr. Shimaitis was also employed as a natural gas options trader for KN Energy and as an analyst for Noram Energy. Mr. Shimaitis is a 1997 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Business Economics.

Gerard Trevino – Chief Operating Officer / Chief Risk Officer
Mr. Trevino directs trading operations and risk management for AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd. Previously he was employed by Van Kampen Investments as a product manager assisting in equity and fixed income research and the bringing to market and marketing of unit investment trusts. Previous to the product manager position he assisted the trade desk and operations of Van Kampen Management Inc. in the management of institutional fixed income portfolios. Other investment vehicles he worked with while at Van Kampen Funds include mutual funds, closed–end funds, and offshore funds. He holds the Series 3, 7, 63, and 65 licenses and earned his bachelor?s degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of Houston in 1996. He has been awarded the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation and is a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Association, Professional Risk Management International Association (PRMIA), and the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Mr. Trevino is also fluent in Spanish.
